Rhizocarpon richardii – thallus chocolate brown to brownish grey with purplish tinge, cracked areolate. Prothallus forming network of black lines in cracks. Fruiting bodiesflat, black and immersed in thallus . C+red. Very common on acid rocks in supralittoral.
